Email updates
To join the weekly email you send a message from your own email app to dubble.heelix+coachedbygrok@gmail.com. I keep your email address and the interests you chose, and use them only to send the weekly Coached by Grok email (and, if you asked, news about the offers).
I don't sell or share your address. You can unsubscribe, or ask me to show, correct or delete what I hold, at any time by emailing dubble.heelix+coachedbygrok@gmail.com.
Your information is handled under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the GDPR. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
