Learning Compak Sporting at 53
An AI coach drafts. My range coach decides.
What Compak Sporting is
Compak Sporting is a clay target discipline. Clays are thrown from several traps at different angles and speeds, and shooters move between stands on a compact layout. Each round is a set number of targets, and the score is how many you break.
My home club
Sterkfontein Shooting Academy, Gauteng.
How the AI coach works
My AI coach drafted a 25-rule miss rulebook. Each rule goes: miss pattern, likely cause, one cue, one drill.
It's version 0, and it isn't approved. My range coach marks it up, and any rule he rejects comes out. Those go on The Ladder.
This month's focus: my mount, and birds coming from my right.
